BRIEF:
Full renovation of a beautiful 1908 Queenslander. Charming original features, 3.6m high ceilings, VJ panelled walls, timber fretwork, wrap around verandas, timber floors - the works.
The client wanted a sympathetic modernisation of the home. They wanted to have two bathrooms, preferably no where near the kitchen which is where the second bathroom used to live.
